Beginning Pottery Wheel

This class is designed especially for the beginner wanting to learn how to throw on the pottery wheel.  You will learn basic pottery throwing techniques and be constantly working on the wheel in class.  Students will typically make 2 to 3 pieces in class.  Your class includes everything, instruction, clay, firings, and glazing.  Student works will take 3 (three) weeks to dry thoroughly before they can be fired and you can return to glaze your bisqued pieces.   This class is for ages 13 years and older and is limited to 10 students per class.   If you have children under 13, we invite you to take the KidsWheel class with them.
