All The Hands provides a variety of firing services on-site or through our collaborating Partner, Desert Dragon Pottery.   Your pieces need to be thoroughly dried and ready for bisque fire when brought in.   We generally bisque fire every Tuesday night.    High fires (Cone 10) are usually twice a month.   Our kiln is used for bisque fire of all pieces and low-fire(cone 06)/specialty glaze fires.   The inside length of our Kiln is 22" and inside width is 27".    Desert Dragon Pottery will handle objects larger as well as all High-fires, RAKUs,  Pit-fires... 

It is important to know the Cone of your clay.  A low-fire, (cone 06), clay will melt to a puddle in a high-fire and ruin the Kiln shelf.

This fee is for a single bisque fire or a glaze fire of a pre-glazed piece.  If you want to use our glazes, please refer to "The FireWorks".

Gold & Mother-of-Pearl Fires

ATH features Duncan Premium, Bright, and White Gold as well as Mother-of-Pearl to decorate your special project.  These applications require a second glaze fire and are performed once a month.
